Welcome! My name
is Michael Ball and I truly
believe that we all have a
reason for being on this earth.
I feel that my purpose is to
help others reach their physical
peak. By viewing this website,
you are taking the first step
toward getting in shape and
achieving optimum health.
My goal is to
help you achieve health, success
and get the body you desire. I
have been a fitness trainer for
many years and have created many
custom training programs to get
amazing results for my clients.
Some high profile
clients prefer to be trained in
the privacy of their home
gymnasiums. Others prefer to
work out in my fully equipped
training studio in Sherman Oaks.
I believe that a
client performs best in an
environment that feels
comfortable and safe. That is
why I give all of my clients the
freedom to choose their workout
location.
My
credentials:
I am
an
ACE Certified
and
Insured Personal
Fitness Trainer,
a Master Fitness Trainer with
Fitness Diamond Organization,
and a Professional Recognized
Personal Trainer Member in good
standing of IDEA Health &
Fitness Association. I
have two National Champion
titles in Judo
and I am active in several
Martial Art forms.
I'm looking
